Cincinnati Entertainment Award Nominee Ingrid Woode is an Ohio native. Ingrid worked as a chemist right out of college, investing in music equipment to produce and record her own music, using every hour outside of work honing her craft and starting her career as a musician. Ingrid has released three albums, Night Of A Thousand Songs, Too Weak’s Notice and Going LiVe In FiVe, all of which she wrote, produced, and recorded entirely.

Her sound is soul music, infused with a combination of all the time spent playing in orchestras as a child, and listening to all kinds of music growing up as a kid in the 90’s. Her mother, a pianist, older sister a hip hop head, and her dad a Jazz lover. Ingrid has toured overseas in Italy, Spain, and Portugal, and the UK. She has performed for all types of crowds, from festivals to small clubs in Alabama, to a 4,000 person sold out crowd with a Symphony Orchestra.
